Congratulations on two good wins for Wollongong in the Cotswold International. The winners' list has just been posted on heir website:
No programme yet decided for the two screenings on September 1. Hopefully one of the Oz wins may be on the screen that night - if not, all will have later screenings to keen videomakers all around the UK.
"The Lady of Shalott" scored a Silver Diploma and "Murphy's Law" got a Bronze. Oz did well in winning eight awards all up out of a total of 87 awards world wide as follows:
PSA Gold Medal: "Fantails" Gerd Kogler.
Gold Plus Diploma: "Sole Survivor" Roger Cowland and Barry McKnight".
Gold Diploma: "The Hungry Sea" Roger Cowland and Barry McKnight.
"European Interlude" Ron Cooper.
Silver Diploma: "The Lady of Shalott" Annick Gouw.
"Feral Fun" Max Milgate.
Bronze Diploma: "Okeechobee Waterway" John Sirett.
" Murphy's Law" Wollongong Camera Club.
