Entry Conditions and help
Please ensure that your
entries are sent by email
by 3:30 pm on the Monday before the Monthly
competition
Use the following email address
at all times
Do not send
to a personal address as your entry could be missed by the
competition director
Send your files to

Format Requirements
Make sure your images meet the
criteria for pixel size 1024 pixels wide x 768 pixels high
and jpeg file type , size less than 500kb per image!!!
The file naming is in the
format year month name
number
0706harb01.jpg
(2007 June Harvey B entry number . file type)
Entries will be accepted on the
Competition night BUT must be in the correct format and size
and
be available for entry into the Club's presentation System before 7:15pm
Sorry this competition is only
available to members (and visitors who will be at the judging
night).
No feedback is given other than that
offered by the judge and perhaps other members on the night
